This hotel is so huge. It is like a palace. It's facade and lobby is superb..it has 2 floors for parking, 1 floor for reception and a supermarket,1 floor for prayers,1 floor for administration, 1 floor for eating etc and 12 floors for rooms. It has 90 rooms in each floor and 12 floors 1000 rooms. All rooms are superb..it has 20 lifts, each life can carry 8 to 10 people and lift speed is wonderful . We lived at 12th floor and our lift used to take just 30 seconds to go up 16 floors. Impressive property in deed. I loved it.

Bad and dirty and they got Wi-Fi which is not working . Mobile network not working .because of that mobile internet also not working . If possible avoid it

We highly recommend this hotel because the staff is very cooperative , we reached there earlier than our check-in time, and they said no problem and gave us room 6 hours prior to the check-in time. Free Shuttle service to Harem is a great convenience. Another thing about their staff is that I forgot to take my medication from the fridge, at the check out, so when they found that, they informed me and kept the medication in the fridge and handed over me safely on my return from Madina after 2 days. Great people, I am really thankful for them.
